Place: AkiCon 2009
Cosplays: Solid Snake--MGS, and Germany--Hetalia

Well my first visit to the AkiCon convention went really well. I had a great time and met some really cool people. It was good to see some of my Metal Gear group from last year--you know who you are , and the Hetalia group was quite large--for those that haven't seen the pictures I was Germany, or the Sausage guy, or Sausage Boy, or well you get the idea

It was quite a bit of fun, and I'll admit my costume came out great--all thanks to my family whom are way better with cloth and a needle then I heh, the prop I brought along had a major affect. I basically went from room to room with someone either running at my trying to grab my sausage, someone screaming Sausage guy! Or Germany.

We had a pretty cool photo shoot for the Hetalia group and I'll post pictures once I steal them from my sisters whom actually used their cameras--my cam spent it's day in the bag in my room...

All in all I had a great time and plan to attend AkiCon again, while it's not the size of SakuraCon I enjoyed being able to get to know people a bet better then I normally would at SakuraCon.

Shout outs to Black-rose-falling--my snake buddy, 18 year old Cloud--K? , Non-chii Chobitz girl--go Nessy! Chibi!Russia, and plenty of other people that I can't remember what to describe them as. It was good fun and I hope to see you again sometime.

I plan to attend SakuraCon, anyone else going? P.s. if I didn't remember to mention you, or whatnot please by all means message me I'd love to stay in contact with most of the people I met at AkiCon this time around
